Senior Learning and Development Professional

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning and Development Professional to partner with business leaders and design impactful learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and implement multi-channel learning programs, leveraging data insights to improve learning outcomes and demonstrate ROI.
  • This role requires leading the adoption of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring robust learning data management and promoting a culture of continuous learning through innovative campaigns and digital content.
  • The successful candidate will also drive implementation of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including relevant training and awareness programs.
  • A key aspect of this role is building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective implementation of initiatives.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Partner with business leaders to assess learning needs and co-create learning strategies.
    • Design and implement multi-channel learning programs.
    • Evaluate program effectiveness, leveraging data insights.
    • Promote continuous learning through campaigns and digital content.
    • Lead LMS adoption and analytics.
    • Develop DEI training and awareness programs.
    • Build strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education, HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective learning strategies that deliver business results.
