Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill Infrastructure Engineer to lead our team in managing and maintaining our Windchill server architecture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our organization.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Windchill system administration and infrastructure, as well as strong knowledge of PTC Windchill. They will be responsible for designing and maintaining our Windchill server architecture, overseeing system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning, and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery planning.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as leadership experience in managing technical teams. Certifications in Windchill or related technologies are also highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 12 years of experience in Windchill system administration and infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill
  • Experience with server management (Windows/Linux), databases (Oracle/MS SQL), and network protocols
  • Familiarity with CAD integrations (e.g., Creo, AutoCAD)
  • Certifications in Windchill or related technologies
