Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual who can provide expert technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a technical support role
  • 12 months on the current grade
  • Working knowledge of Operating Systems such as Windows 7 and 10
  • Knowledge of identifying and troubleshooting issues related to System Configuration, Software, and COTS applications
  • Fair understanding of ITIL practices in Incident Management, Request Management, and Problem Management
