Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with users, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

This role requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, managing day-to-day communication.
  • Scale daily active users on the platform by leveraging user-generated content, creators, and moderators.
  • Implement strategies for the upskilling and monetization of content creators and moderators to ensure their long-term engagement and success.
  • Work closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Create and nurture micro-influencers within the ecosystem to drive matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows.
  • Stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices.
  • Manage and support different speaking communities to foster a positive and interactive environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in operations, campaign, or community management in Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi speaking audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
  • Understanding of Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Familiarity with user engagement metrics and tools, as well as analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
