
Job Opening: Leadership Position in Audit

This is a leadership role that oversees day-to-day operations in the Audit & Assurance Department. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring timely client communication, quality review of work, and team discipline.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Ensure daily client communication on project status and timely reporting.
- Review and Documentation: Review team outputs (workings, audit reports, and certifications) and maintain structured review documentation.
- Work Submissions: Track and consolidate daily work submissions from project leaders.
- Learning Initiatives: Facilitate learning initiatives and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Team Meetings: Conduct daily team huddles and periodic meetings with department heads.
- Cascade Training: Cascade training received from senior management to project leaders.
- Performance Management: Guide team members to achieve performance benchmarks and maximize their output.
- Discipline and Conduct: Maintain discipline and professional conduct at client premises.
- Project Observations: Prepare and present project observations to senior management monthly.
- Talent Development: Identify and groom potential leaders across different projects.
- Project Backups: Create internal project backups regularly to ensure smooth handovers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Audit & Assurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of audit & assurance standards and processes.
- Review and Analysis: Expertise in reviewing and analyzing audit work papers.
- MIS Reporting: Knowledge of MIS reporting, compliance requirements, and documentation.
- MS Office Tools: Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
