Job Title:

Piping and HVAC Managerial Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Piping and HVAC professional to join our team as a Managerial Position.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide inputs and implement policies, systems and procedures for the assigned team to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
  • Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
  • Look for areas of improvement and periodical evaluation and development of unit team, listing required training for continual development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Piping.
  • 15 – 20 years of experience in Piping; with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in ship building Industry.
  • Excellent supervisory and managerial skills.
  • Knowledgeable of standard practices and methods – Piping & HVAC trade.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Marine/Offshore Piping field.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and technical understanding of Shipbuilding, Ship repair industry.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
  • Design skills.
  • Construction methods and procedures.
  • Process improvement.
  • Documentation skills.
  • Safety awareness.
