Job Title: MEP Technician

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with various types of equipment, tools, and technologies to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to building services, including HVAC, piping, and electrical systems.

You will also collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our facilities are running efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MEP technician who can hit the ground running and make a meaningful contribution to our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Knowledge: Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Experience: Maintenance or repair work in the MEP industry.
  • Skills: Familiarity with MEP equipment and tools, ability to interpret and follow design specifications, good record-keeping and organizational skills.
