Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting insights from large datasets and developing predictive models to drive business decisions.

You will work closely with our data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data is available for analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics and machine learning, with experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.

Able to apply independent research, gather information, and give recommendation how to solve problems of diverse scope.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ of DS/Operations Research experience.
  • Experience in optimization methodologies, including use of various optimization libraries (e.g. CPLEX, Gurobi, ortools, etc.).
  • Strong Python coding skills (including Object oriented programming concepts), including using ML libraries and basic working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience working in cloud technologies (preferred MS Azure, GCP nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with theory behind various machine learning concepts
  • Experience in CRISP-DM projects delivery and with Agile project (like Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plan, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing and model deployment.
  • Experience in working with client-facing role.
