Production Planning and Control Professional

Are you looking for a challenging role in production planning and control?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Planning and Control Professional to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for working order creation execution for all sub-assemblies and finished goods, following up with warehouse teams for kitting activities, implementing Engineering Change Orders for sub-assemblies, tracking and executing material obsolescence, maintaining First Article Test Package (FATP) Work-in-Progress (WIP) at healthy levels, fulfilling customer commitments without gaps, monitoring achievement rates against plans, and conducting daily meetings with cross-functional teams to identify and address losses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Order Creation Execution: Ensure timely and accurate creation of work orders for all sub-assemblies and finished goods.
  • Follower Up WH Activities: Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of kitting activities.
  • ECO Implementation: Implement Engineering Change Orders for all sub-assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Material Obsolescence Management: Track and execute material obsolescence management to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • FATP WIP Management: Maintain FATP WIP at healthy levels to ensure efficient production planning and control.
  • Customer Commitment Fulfillment: Ensure timely fulfillment of customer commitments without gaps to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Achievement Rate Monitoring: Monitor achievement rates against plans to identify areas for improvement.
  • Loss Identification and Resolution: Conduct daily meetings with cross-functional teams to identify and address losses.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in production planning and control.
  • Strong understanding of production planning principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
