Job Summary:

The Executive Chef Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the kitchen, ensuring that high-quality food is consistently prepared and presented to meet guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support personnel, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement menu items, taking into account seasonal ingredients, nutritional considerations, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, handling incidents or accidents effectively, and maintaining correct cooking temperatures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a focus on guest satisfaction in all interactions with staff and guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Culinary Expertise: In-depth knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of culinary professionals.
