Senior Delivery Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Leadership Expert to join our team.

This role will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the implementation of procurement software solutions. The ideal candidate will have 16 to 22 years of experience in managing delivery teams and implementing procure-to-pay or source-to-pay products.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working with e-procurement solutions, strategic sourcing consulting, and team management. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and thrive in a complex business environment.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and delivering results-oriented solutions that meet our customers' goals and objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of professionals in the implementation of procurement software solutions.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership in winning deals and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of our product roadmap.

• Requirements:
• At least 16 to 22 years of experience in project management, strategic sourcing consulting, and implementation of procurement cloud solutions.
• Prior experience working with e-procurement solutions, strategic sourcing consulting, and team management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and thrive in a complex business environment.
• Experience in program management of source-to-pay (S2P) or procure-to-pay (P2P) transformation programs.
• Implementing next-generation delivery models for productivity improvements.
• Thought leadership in winning deals.
• Willngness to travel internationally (up to 30%).
• Education: BE or equivalent degree or MBA from a top-tier institute.
