Medical Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Documentation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong domain knowledge of medical equipment and related products, enabling them to create accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth understanding of the product industry landscape, crucial for producing high-quality content that meets client expectations.
  • Analyze user requirements effectively, developing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain proficiency in technical documentation standards and best practices, ensuring consistency and clarity in all work.
  • Craft engaging content suitable for international clients, leveraging excellent written communication skills.
  • Utilize technical writing software tools to streamline the creation process.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design and web design tools enhances ability to produce visually appealing content.

Tool Expertise:

  • Operating Systems: Windows, Linux/Unix, Ubuntu
  • Office Suites: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), OpenOffice, LibreOffice, LaTeX
  • Project Tools: MS Project or equivalent
  • Design Tools: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CorelDRAW
  • Other: APIs and related documentation tools
