You will:
- Contribute to the technical content development efforts for Dell's Unstructured Storage platforms
- Ensure that deliverables are written well and directed at the correct audience.
- Ensure content complies with our brand standards, style guide, and maintains site-wide consistency.
- Participate in content development planning, coordination, and execute on the content development plans.
- Test and iterate on content by partnering with subject matter experts and UX research.
- Represent the organization on project teams while fostering teamwork and collaboration across work groups.
- Ensure that documentation for each release is posted to the required web sites on time to meet the release dates
- Work collaboratively with a team of content developers as well as a team of engineers to successfully publish high-quality content

Essential Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience in technical writing
- Experience in technical content development for enterprise products. Ability to create clear and concise technical content adhering to content development standards and practices.
- Experience or familiarity working in a fast-paced agile/scrum engineering environment.
- Experience in industry-standard content authoring standards and tools such as DITA, XMetaL, Oxygen, TridionDocs, and so on.
- Advanced knowledge on grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Advanced verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities/goals.
