We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agentic AI Engineer to drive innovation and excellence in our dynamic environment.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks, pushing the boundaries of intelligent systems.
  • Architect and build robust backend systems that scale with ease, leveraging your expertise in software development and engineering principles.
  • Integrate and manage interactions with Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces, unlocking their full potential.
  • Utilize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI, streamlining complex processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and engineers, driving collective success.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems, demonstrating exceptional skills and expertise.
  • Proven expertise in Python programming language, with hands-on experience in its application.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain, utilizing its capabilities to enhance AI applications.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI, showcasing technical proficiency.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate), optimizing data storage and retrieval.
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems, driving meaningful insights.
  • Proficient with Git for version control, ensuring smooth collaboration and deployment.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment, navigating complex system architectures.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring scalable and secure infrastructure.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments, streamlining delivery.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, managing diverse data structures.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, inspiring and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, tackling complex challenges with confidence.
  • Planning & Execution, delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills, fostering effective relationships and partnerships.
