AI Agent Developer Opportunity

As a skilled AI agent developer, you will have the chance to create and implement cutting-edge AI solutions using advanced frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI agents using LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Integrate AI systems with external tools, APIs, and databases.
  • Develop workflows for autonomous task execution and error handling.
  • Optimize AI performance through prompt engineering and memory management.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align AI capabilities with business goals.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed AI agents in production environments.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools.
  • Experience with API integration, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Understanding of autonomous systems, decision trees, and reinforcement learning (a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Background in machine learning or NLP research.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects.
