AI Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned AI engineer to spearhead the development of innovative platforms and drive talented teams in revolutionizing the tech stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead AI Engineering Team: Manage and mentor a team of experienced engineers to design, develop, and optimize LLM pipelines using LangGraph and other orchestration tools.
  • Develop Scalable Architectures: Implement RAG architectures to integrate internal and external knowledge bases and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Data Enrichment: Work with knowledge graphs to structure, enrich, and query data efficiently for LLM consumption.
  • Agent Development: Build and maintain AMA-style agents capable of answering complex domain-specific queries.
  • Model Optimization: Fine-tune or prompt-engineer LLMs for performance, alignment, and reliability.
  • Deployment: Collaborate with MLOps and infra teams to deploy models and pipelines in production.
  • Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluate model performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Apllied Machine Learning: 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, preferably with LLMs or NLP.
  2. Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
  3. RAG Pipelines: Solid understanding of RAG pipelines, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
  4. Knowledge Graphs: Experience working with knowledge graphs.
  5. LLMs: Familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Gemini.
