System Administrator for Cloud Security Solutions

This role involves administering and supporting Zscaler cloud security solutions to ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of client environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Compliance: Develop and maintain Zscaler security policies that align with organizational standards and regulatory frameworks. This includes access controls, authentication settings, and SAML/SSO configuration.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor Zscaler dashboards for alerts, anomalies, and performance metrics. Provide regular reports on threat activity, usage trends, and compliance status to clients.
  • User Support and Issue Resolution: Offer technical support to users experiencing issues with Zscaler-related problems. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve connectivity, access, and policy-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Documentation and Change Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation including configuration records, troubleshooting guides, network diagrams, and change logs. Ensure all updates follow established change management protocols.
  • Client Engagement and Coordination: Participate in client meetings, status calls, and planning sessions. Communicate technical updates, policy changes, and recommendations clearly and professionally. Liaise with client IT teams, cybersecurity personnel, and vendors to ensure seamless operation and integration of Zscaler solutions.
  • Compliance and Audit Support: Assist clients in ensuring their Zscaler configurations align with regulatory frameworks such as NIST and GDPR. Prepare for audits and provide evidence collection support.
  • Platform Maintenance and Updates: Stay informed about new Zscaler features and integrations. Recommend improvements based on evolving security needs and operational efficiency.
