Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AWS/cloud security, system administration, and leadership principles. They will be responsible for developing and enforcing comprehensive security policies, architecting secure configurations, and driving enterprise-wide security operations.

A key aspect of this role is to embed security best practices into our software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing vulnerabilities. Additionally, they will oversee user access control, data governance, and identity lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce comprehensive security policies across systems, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
  • Architect and implement secure configurations for Linux/Windows environments.
  • Lead enterprise-wide security operations and drive system hardening initiatives.
  • Embed security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
  • Oversee user access control, data governance, and identity lifecycle management.

Required Skills:

  • 8–12 years in security leadership and system administration.
  • Deep AWS/cloud security proficiency (IAM, KMS, Terraform, VPC).
  • Proven communicator with executive presence and reporting fluency.
  • Experience in SDLC, code scanning, and secure testing methodologies.
