IT Strategy Leader

This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee the entire hardware and software deployment process for our organization. The Associate Director, IT Strategy will be responsible for authorizing and overseeing all hardware and software deployments, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support based on our Innovation and IT infrastructure strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience managing and directing enterprise IT operations, with a strong background in IT, CIS, Computer Science, or a related field. They will also have experience with PACS/Clinical Imaging and familiarity with design, installation, validation, and compliant operation of complex clinical imaging data software and hardware systems.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing configuration and monitoring standards for network performance
- Implementing and monitoring controls to ensure standards are maintained
- Evaluating business needs, objectives, and goals
- Researching Innovation and IT applications necessary to meet needs
- Analyzing complex Innovation and IT business needs presented by users and customers
- Developing plans for the implementation of new projects
- Coordinating process deliverables with project leaders and stakeholders
- Developing or assisting in developing Innovation and IT policies and procedures
