The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Cloud Professional to lead the design, development and implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions that align with our financial objectives and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Oracle Financials solutions that meet business needs with focus on industry best practices.
  • Lead the enterprise design/process design along with client business teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with other 3rd party applications.
  • Provide functional and technical leadership and guidance to development teams and consultants working on projects.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and configuration guides.
  • Stay informed on the latest Oracle updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends in finance and technology.
  • Develop optimal solutions to meet client objectives, including understanding project scope and identifying key dependencies.
  • Propose high-level solutions & delivery estimates.
  • Lead demonstrations during client presentations & orals.
  • Lead conversations with client CXOs, Senior VPs and Directors across business and IT.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Candidate should have a degree in Finance or related field.
  • Should have 16+ years' experience in Oracle Financials (Fusion + EBS).
  • End-to-end understanding of RTR, P2P, OTC, Acquire to Retire processes is required.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle ERP modules in Financials plus a working knowledge on Procurement is desired.
  • Module Knowledge – GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Tax is necessary.
  • A hands-on person who can drive functional requirements fitment with Solution/Implementation background is required.
  • Must have carried at least 3 end-to-end implementations on Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Experience in implementing finance shared services is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex business problems are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with executive-level stakeholders are required.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project engagements is necessary.
  • Agile and ready to go that extra mile when needed.
  • Leadership traits with ability to anchor and lead solutions from the front are essential.

Additional/Optional Skills

  • Additional module knowledge in any one or more of the following: Advanced Collections and Credit Management, Expenses, Project Costing/Billing, Any Other area(s).
  • Industry-specific knowledge to be preferred.
  • Knowledge about deal dynamics to be preferred.
