Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

As a Store Manager, you will be the face of the organization in our store, leading a motivated team and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the values and standards of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Deliver a personalized and luxurious in-store experience to every client by offering styling assistance, handling client queries, and providing after-sales support.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets while building strong, long-term client relationships, and track sales performance to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store functions including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock management, ensuring that the store maintains brand standards in cleanliness, display, and ambiance.
  • Team Leadership: Train, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve collective goals, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance to maintain efficiency.
  • Culture Development: Foster a collaborative, customer-centric work culture that upholds the company's ethos and supports in-store events and exhibitions.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the company's values and craftsmanship story through WeaveinIndia's products.
