Job Role:

Artificial Intelligence Engineer

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models using Python and relevant frameworks.

  • AI/ML Development: Create AI/ML models, including natural language processing (NLP), embedding models, text retrieval reinforcement learning, and other related technologies.
  • Deployment and Scalability: Deploy large language models (LLMs) in containers like TGI, VLLM, TensorRT or similar frameworks, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of AI/ML solutions.
Qualifications

Requirements for this role include a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, as well as proven experience as an AIML engineer with production-grade projects. Proficiency in Python is essential, along with experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, experience with AI/ML frameworks, hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Cloud and Containerization: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications for this role include knowledge of RAG, RAGAS Evaluation frameworks, knowledge of reinforcement learning and other advanced AI techniques, and contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications in relevant conferences/journals.
