Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee our organization's IT infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives and scalability requirements.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management:
    • Manage hybrid environments, including cloud migrations, with a focus on cost optimization.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Implement robust infrastructure security practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting growth.
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity:
    • Design, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
    • Oversight proactive system and network monitoring; resolve incidents with minimal downtime.
  • Vendor & Budget Management:
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and infrastructure budgets; recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed system and process documentation; prepare reports on infrastructure health and KPIs.
