As a Senior Client Solutions Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the sales and go-to-market team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Sales Engagement: Engage with customers to identify business opportunities and drive end-to-end pre-sales activities for business development in the Data Science & Applied AI domain.
  • Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
  • Customer Communication & Relationships: Manage customer communication and relationships to ensure successful collaboration and project execution.

You will work closely with Solution Architects and Data Science teams to gather, analyze, and prospect business problems to be solved using large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data. This involves developing point-of-view solutions to build a solution for the problems and applying analysis frameworks to develop creative solutions to complex business problems.

In addition, you will:

  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to resolve technical blockers and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with ambitious and novel solutions.
  • Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on cloud platforms.
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI)-powered document processing tools and platforms such as Google Document AI, ABBYY FlexiCapture, Kofax, Automation Anywhere, UiPath Document Understanding, or equivalent solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with model lifecycle management, retraining strategies, and performance optimization of pre-trained or custom AI-powered document processing models.
  • Experience in deploying and scaling applications on cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure, with a focus on document-related services (e.g., GCP's Document AI, AWS Textract, or Azure Form Recognizer).
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and best practices for document processing in industries like healthcare, banking, logistics, or legal (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS compliance).
  • Knowledge of enterprise content management (ECM) and search platforms.
  • Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere, integrated with document AI capabilities.
  • Experience of B2B sales, customer communication, and relationship management.
  • Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business research, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cloud.

The ideal candidate would be self-driven, willing to learn on the go, and possess deep quantitative subject matter expertise.
