Job Title

Executive Overview:

Elevate business potential by driving strategic AI/ML initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI/ML strategy to optimize innovation across the organization.
  • Lead AI/ML projects from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior leaders to design and implement strategic AI/ML initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze complex business challenges and develop data-driven solutions using AI/ML techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and present data-driven stories that inform business decisions.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics etc.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles.
  • Strong collaborator with demonstrated abilities to influence and challenge conventional thinking.
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize and govern project execution.
  • Hands-on experience with various open source tools and technologies such as Python, R, Spark etc.
  • Experience with ML / DL /Gen AI frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of new age cloud-based frameworks & services around Gen AI, Vision, Text and Speech AI.

Measures of Success:

  • Form partnerships with functional leaders & influence decision making through data.
  • Improve operational efficiencies/ enable business goals achievement of functions supported.
  • Execute organization wide initiatives.
  • Number of AI/ML use case implementation.
  • Improvements in algorithm outcome & ensuring model performance as expected at all times.
