Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced reservations professional to set up and manage our end-to-end reservations process, creating a strong foundation for growth.

  • Manage reservations across various channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, and offline platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with guests via phone, email, and messaging apps.
  • Maintain accurate data on Property Management Systems (PMS) and OTA extranets.
  • Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are up-to-date.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), email templates, and booking process documents.
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in reservations or front office roles in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets and PMS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (English preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
