Reservations Professional

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the entire reservation process for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Reservations, Cancellations, and Modifications: Handle all new reservations, cancellations, and modifications in our Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries via email, Online Travel Agency (OTA) channels, and booking platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Special Requests: Review and process special requests received through OTA channels to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Reservation Verification: Verify upcoming reservations for accuracy and ensure effective communication with relevant hotel departments.

Maintaining high levels of reservation accuracy, verifying payments, and assisting with cancellations are also key components of this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
