Job Title: Residential Administrator

The University seeks an experienced Residential Administrator to oversee the daily operations of its on-campus hostel. This key role requires a strong leader who can maintain a safe, secure, and student-friendly environment, ensuring compliance with university policies and addressing the needs of residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hostel Administration: Oversee day-to-day hostel operations, including accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping, and catering.
  • Accommodation Management: Allot rooms and maintain updated records of hostel occupancy.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor hostel infrastructure and report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Facility Management: Ensure hygienic conditions and proper functioning of hostel facilities.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Management, Social Sciences, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hostel Warden / Administrator (experience in an educational institution preferred).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle emergencies with calmness and responsibility.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping.
