Job Overview

ShramIN seeks a seasoned Mobilisation Manager to lead campus and institute outreach, build partnerships with vocational training providers, and run large-scale onboarding drives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campus Outreach: Develop relationships with institutes, principals, and local authorities to promote the ShramIN platform.
  • Mobilisation Campaigns: Plan and execute high-volume onboarding drives, including campus recruitment events, job fairs, and e-onboarding sessions.
  • Candidate Funnel Management: Own end-to-end candidate journey from outreach to placement handover, ensuring quality data capture and smooth transitions.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage on-site drives, scheduling, venue coordination, equipment, and teams to ensure successful events.
  • Candidate Screening and Data Capture: Conduct pre-screening, basic assessments, documentation verification, and ensure accurate candidate data capture.
  • Handover and Follow-up: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure seamless handovers, follow-ups, and improve offer-to-join conversion rates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Drive engagement through orientation sessions, employability workshops, and regular communication via calls/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Dashboards and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators, providing weekly/monthly reports to leadership.
  • Partnership Negotiation and Representation: Negotiate and close partnership agreements with institutes and training organisations, representing ShramIN at local skilling events and government meetings.
