Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to build and strengthen industry linkages for student placements across South India. This role involves developing strong relationships with employers, organizing campus placement drives, and guiding students in resume preparation and interview readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with employers across various industries.
  • Plan and execute effective campus placement drives and job fairs.
  • Collaborate with trainers to align student skills with market needs.
  • Provide guidance on resume writing, interview techniques, and workplace etiquette.
  • Maintain accurate records of employer interactions and placement outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sector placements to enhance student employability.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of retention strategies and feedback mechanisms.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate or MBA with 4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
  • A strong network in South India is essential.
  • Candidates from HR/recruitment consulting or placement aggregator backgrounds are welcome.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are required.
  • A target-driven individual with proven ability to meet placement commitments is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting is expected.
