Our company is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and perform root cause analysis to provide efficient resolutions.
  • Guide customers on product usage and resolve any queries they may have.
  • Handle customer data import/export from production systems with confidentiality and precision.
  • Ensure customer data is accurately updated in production systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Process confidential data according to established guidelines for compliance and security.
  • Contribute to the development of product content for internal and external stakeholders by utilizing analytical skills.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product customer support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex issues.
  • Able to communicate business requirements in non-technical terms.
  • Good documentation skills to maintain accurate records.
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer-relationship building skills to establish trust and loyalty.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience working with cloud-based products, preferably AWS, to leverage scalability and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in using issue tracking software like HubSpot, GitLab, JIRA, to streamline processes.
  • Familiarity with scripting/programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, Perl, to enhance technical capabilities.
  • Knowledge in fetching data from SQL/NoSQL databases to make informed decisions.
