Senior Compliance Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead audits under the ISCC, IMS, and food safety standards based on ISO/GFSI schemes. This role requires a strong understanding of these standards and the ability to ensure accurate and timely reporting in compliance with scheme requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audits of traceability systems, data plausibility, and chain of custody
- Deliver value-added training services to customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with sales and planning teams for effective project delivery
- Manage key customer accounts and contribute to business development initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading audits and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Strong knowledge of ISO/GFSI schemes and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
