Corporate Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Compliance Specialist to provide comprehensive support in all areas of corporate governance. This role involves assisting with the implementation and maintenance of regulatory compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with the preparation of strategic reports and recommendations for senior management on compliance matters.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of relevant audits and reviews.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including legal and accounting firms, to stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance principles.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining compliance programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the Companies Act and FEMA.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or automobile industry.
  • Certification in compliance or a related field.
