Job Description:

This is a full-time role for a Finance Management Trainee based in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial research, analyzing financial statements, developing financial models, and preparing reports. This involves daily interaction with team members to communicate findings, support decision-making processes and assist with various accounting tasks.

The trainee will also participate in training sessions and seminars to develop their financial and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry and company research using public and subscription-based databases
  • Perform financial and operational benchmarking of global companies
  • Analyze market trends, growth drivers and risk factors in targeted sectors
  • Assist in building financial models (3-statement, DCF, comps etc.)
  • Support in preparing investment memorandums and pitch books
  • Perform due diligence support for M&A and fundraising deals
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for clients
  • Summarize insights into structured reports, dashboards and actionable recommendations
  • Ensure timely, accurate and high-quality delivery under the manager's guidance

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • MBA Finance from an institute of repute
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package of INR 4-7 Lacs per annum plus performance-based commissions.
