Nursing Abroad Counsellor Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to counsel nursing professionals and students on their journey to pursue overseas education and careers.

This role involves guiding nurses and nursing students on study/career opportunities abroad, ensuring they receive end-to-end guidance on admission, documentation, and placement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth counselling sessions with nursing aspirants to guide them on study/career opportunities abroad.
  • Explain eligibility criteria, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Assist students with application submissions, documentation, and compliance requirements to ensure seamless enrolment.
  • Focus on converting enquiries into successful enrolments through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Maintain student records, follow-ups, and counselling reports to monitor progress and improve services.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or related field.
  • Experience in education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment counselling, with a strong understanding of nursing abroad pathways.
  • Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Results-driven with a sales-oriented approach to achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools to manage data effectively.
