We are seeking a seasoned Structural Design Manager to spearhead our design initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Project Management Team, this role will oversee the structural systems design, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely project delivery. Key responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, creating detailed design models, reviewing and approving drawings, supervising junior engineers, and liaising with clients for successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing project specifications to inform design decisions
- Creating detailed design models using software tools such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP 2000, REVIT, AutoCAD, and STAAD.Pro
- Reviewing and approving detailed drawings for accuracy and completeness
- Supervising junior engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders for timely project delivery
Requirements and Skills
- Expertise in Structural Engineering Design, Drafting, and Modeling
- Proficiency in Project Management and Consultancy
- Knowledge of Architecture Design and Technical Feasibility Analysis
- Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in client interaction and stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is a plus
