Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Structural Design Manager located in Ernakulam. The Structural Design Manager will be responsible for leading the design of structural systems, overseeing project execution, coordinating with architectural and project management teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Daily tasks include analyzing project specifications, creating design models, reviewing and approving detailed drawings, supervising junior engineers, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Structural Engineering Design, Drafting, and Modeling
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Consultancy
  • Knowledge of Architecture Design and Technical Feasibility Analysis
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
  • Proficient in using design software and tools (e.g., ETABS,SAFE,SAP 2000,REVIT,AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in client interaction and stakeholder management
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is a plus
  • MIDDLE EAST EXPERIENCE IS PREFFERED.
