Manufacturing Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of our production processes and implementing improvements to optimize our manufacturing operations.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet operational goals and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure product designs are production-friendly.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain and update production documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout the production process.
  • Train and support production staff on equipment operation and best practices.
  • Participate in scheduling maintenance and repairs of production equipment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Production Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for production management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
