Job Summary:


• The Senior Engineer will lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for high-precision aerospace components. This role requires expertise in advanced manufacturing techniques, quality systems, and industry standards. The engineer will play a key role in ensuring product integrity, process efficiency, and compliance with aerospace regulations.

• Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for high-precision aerospace components.


• Apply engineering methodologiesincluding PFMEA, DFM, APQP, and PPAP to ensure process reliability and product quality.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to ensure manufacturability and compliance.


• Utilize advanced materials such as Titanium, Inconel, and composites in aerospace-grade applications.


• Ensure adherence to industry standards like AS9100 and NADCAP throughout the production lifecycle.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in machining and assembly processes.


• Mentor junior engineers and support technical training acrossthe engineering team.


• Use CAD/CAM tools and apply GD&T principles for precision design and manufacturing. Report to the Engineering Manager and contribute to strategic engineering decisions and project execution.

Requirements:
