Job Description

Design and Develop AI Solutions

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will create, deploy and train machine learning pipelines for AI systems. This involves building generative AI models using RAG and transformer techniques.

You will also fine-tune pre-trained large language models (LLMs) for specific tasks and domains. Additionally, you will conduct research on new techniques to improve the performance of generative AI models.

Furthermore, you will apply software engineering best practices and rigor to machine learning/generative AI pipelines. You will evaluate and analyze the performance of ML/generative AI models. Lastly, you will stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI research.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence
  • 3-5 years of experience in generative AI or related fields
  • Experience in building data pipelines and deploying ML/GenAI models in production
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models
  • Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and a good understanding of Linux
  • Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS ML/GenAI services
  • Exposure to ML/GenAI frameworks and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
