Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and deploying AI-powered solutions using generative AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop structured developer sprints centered around AI, combining hands-on engineering with mentoring experience.
  • Develop advanced prompt engineering skills for both GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI, machine learning, and data science.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications
  • Generative AI and tool expertise, including MCP usage and Agentic Orchestration.
  • Expert-level knowledge of GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q features, including Copilot Chat agents and Amazon Q's /dev command.
  • Advanced prompt engineering skills for both platforms.
  • Understanding of Copilot Enterprise and Amazon Q for Business, including RAG and internal codebase reasoning.
  • Intermediate understanding of LLM fundamentals, AI ethics, and security practices.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and diagnostic skills.
  • Passion for generative AI and developer enablement (DevRel).
  • Recent experience in Java, Python, and/or Visual Studio Code.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) and familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Active contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
  • Strong instructional presence, demonstrating patience, empathy, and adaptability when guiding teams.
Compensation

$5/hr to $25/hr+ Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
