About the Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for translating research into effective AI systems. You will design architectures, guide technical decisions, and lead projects with measurable outcomes. Alongside building solutions, you'll mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with researchers and industry collaborators to expand our influence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and operationalize technical roadmaps for AI projects.
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, industry-relevant AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with faculty, researchers, and industry partners to define goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage project teams by providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and researchers.
  • Contribute to our mission of translating research into practical, impactful solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BTech/MTech in Computer Science.
  • Proven 3 years of experience in R&D-focused cross-disciplinary projects.
  • Proficiency in system architecture, model design, and scalable implementation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in translating research into deployed solutions (e.g., prototypes, products, or platforms).
  • Background in industry-academia collaborations, technology transfer, or original research initiatives.
  • Familiarity with innovation ecosystems or applied research labs.
  • Active connections or participation in the AI, SaaS, or broader tech community.
