**Job Title:** DevOps AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly expert, innovative and self-motivated professional to drive the development, deployment and production readiness of scalable AI and machine learning models.

This critical role focuses on Agentic and Generative AI (GenAI) and predictive capabilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, building and deploying model AI and ML pipelines as well as orchestrating multi-agent systems with memory, reflection and planning flow.
  • Architecting Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems integrated into agentic workflows and vector databases for embeddings and retrieval.
  • Building modular, maintainable software in Python, following full software lifecycle practices.
  • Working with FastAPI or equivalent frameworks to expose agent workflows via RESTful APIs.
  • Implementing embedding layers and vector DB integrations for high-performance retrieval and similarity search.
  • Conducting rigorous unit tests and integration tests, owning test coverage and reliability for agent components.

To succeed, candidates must have a deep understanding of AI/ML principles, hands-on experience with relevant technologies and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively. Additional qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (or related field/industry), plus 8 years of DevOps experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Expert-level proficiency in Python, R or Java, as well as API frameworks and AI/ML frameworks and libraries, is also required.
