Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled associate to act as the primary interface between Amazon and our stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Qualitative Requirements:

  • A degree from a recognized university in any specialization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all customers, following their issues without distraction until resolution.
  • Good comprehension skills to understand and state customer issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
  • Excellent typing skills and proficiency in email applications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in logistics or similar roles, and proficiency in Excel are preferred qualifications for this position.
