Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the launch and management of high-performing Google Performance Max campaigns for local and regional Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) in the USA.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategizing, launching, and scaling successful Performance Max campaigns that drive real leads, revenue, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted strategies for SMB clients across the USA, leveraging Google Ads capabilities to maximize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, audience targeting, and messaging.
  • Optimize campaign structures, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies to achieve optimal ROAS and revenue growth.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost per click (CPC), cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates.
  • Own campaign performance and take responsibility for meeting or exceeding set KPIs and sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution, landing page optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Google Ads certification with expertise in Performance Max campaign setup, management, and optimization.
  • Proven experience running successful Performance Max campaigns for SMBs, with a strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to inform campaign decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.

  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling.
  • Strong English proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
