We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards technical consultant to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on the implementation and support of JD Edwards systems.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills in JD Edwards and experience in system architecture development, partitioning of functionality among applications and components, and application interfaces. You will also have experience in software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development.

  • FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN: Strong knowledge of JDE Technical area including FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN and master business functions.
  • Power Forms: Working experience on power forms.
  • System Architecture Development: Experience of system architecture development, partitioning of functionality among applications and components, and application interfaces.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • JD Edwards Background: Have strong JDEdwards background and good understanding of the JDE Technical area.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in JD Edwards, system architecture development, software development methodologies, and structured approaches to system development.

The role involves troubleshooting development issues, performing unit tests, and providing recommendations for system improvements. The candidate must be able to analyze risk mitigation during the systems improvements and issue analysis and bug fixing, debugging, and trouble-shooting the Standard Programs in JDE which involves (NERs, C BFNs etc.) Train customer internal JDEdwards technical team on technical aspects. Working experience on BI Publisher. Good Understanding of Integrating JD Edwards with external systems using Business Services/Orchestrator.
