Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module to support our operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Application Support: Provide technical assistance for system changes and projects, ensuring seamless integration with MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive pay, and Labelling solutions, as well as Oracle APS.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Share knowledge with team members to facilitate smooth issue resolution and support-related activities.
  • Second-Level Support: Offer detailed support for service requests and system defects, working closely with analysts to resolve complex issues.
  • User Issue Resolution: Collaborate with business users to address high-severity user issues and system defects, providing guidance on root cause analysis and workarounds.
  • Documentation Review: Evaluate documentation prepared by support analysts and offer recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience in JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module
  • Technical skills to support integration with MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive pay, and Labelling solutions, as well as Oracle APS
