Job Opportunity: Governance Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to design and develop a governance and automation platform for enforcing best practices in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To create a framework that validates code and practices similar to a testing suite, building on an existing system (~80% complete) that codifies rules into automated code checks.
  • Strong proficiency in Python with emphasis on testing frameworks & automation, experience integrating with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines, ability to build systems for rule validation, documentation, and reporting.
  • Backend experience with databases (SQL), automation, and data pipelines, comfortable with governance/standards implementation across large organizations.
  • To finish incomplete rule sets, enable engineers to write custom compliance checks, and create global metrics tracking framework for practice adoption.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python with emphasis on testing frameworks & automation.
  • Experience integrating with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to build systems for rule validation, documentation, and reporting.
  • Backend experience with databases (SQL), automation, and data pipelines.
  • Must be comfortable with governance/standards implementation across large organizations.
