Job Overview:

The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the timely delivery of services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements, and meeting contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective coaching plans, identify performance-related issues, and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other Team Leaders and Managers to support and manage programs that drive business growth and success.
