Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced backend developers with strong expertise in Python, Golang, and Kubernetes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI Infrastructure projects and be capable of contributing to high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and Golang, deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI infrastructure solutions, optimize system performance and ensure high availability, participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable backend systems using Python and Golang.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI infrastructure solutions.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure high availability.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and Golang programming languages.
  • Mandatory: Expertise in Kubernetes technology (Certification preferred but not required if experience is solid).
  • Experience working on AI Infrastructure or related projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Kubernetes Certification (CKA/CKAD).
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices.
